I have had ongoing problems with NPower with my account. It turns out that when Eon signed off on my account they misread my meter as did NP when they first read it! I am having a new meter fitted and my new friend Michael at NP is going to sort it out for me. Michael had the Bumble experience via the phone. The minute I got connected Bumble grabbed a piece of plastic and I had to say “excuse me” to Michael and then “PUT THAT DOWN NOW!!!” then “Terribly sorry about that!” 😀
Wilf has had a good afternoon. On call allowed him to freewalk to the bank and he paid money into his account. He then got stressed on return to the house when he couldn’t find his phone charger. He found it without staff help!
